Premier Inn Northwich South is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll work across the hotel, from reception to bar, ensuring guests have a smooth stay.

With 18 guaranteed hours per week, this permanent role offers full training, a pension plan, and staff discounts. No hotel experience required; friendly, calm and customer-focused individuals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
