Job summary

You’ll be the first point of contact for guests at Premier Inn Belfast City Centre (Cathedral Quarter). You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and do what’s needed to ensure a smooth stay.

No hotel experience is required. If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest. You’ll work evenings and weekends as part of a permanent, full-time schedule with training and benefits.

• Friendly and helpful attitude is essential.
• Able to stay calm when busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
