Job summary

The Cura Kensington, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott, invites a Guest Service Associate to join our Front Office and Food & Beverage teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences in West London.

As a face of the brand, you will handle check-in/out, bookings, and guest inquiries, ensuring personalised service and active collaboration across departments in a busy, vibrant hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reception, restaurant or bar preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with guests.
• A team player with a flexible approach to supporting different departments.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop within Marriott.
• Experience using Opera PMS or similar systems is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Deliver efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Act as a main point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Support Front Office and Food & Beverage operations to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with seating and service flow in restaurant and bar during busy periods.
• Communicate guest preferences and requests between departments.
