Job summary

ATG Entertainment UK is seeking a Customer Experience Host to join our Front of House team. You will greet guests, scan tickets, serve beverages, and assist with merchandise during events at our venue, ensuring a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires 18+ and evening/weekend availability. You’ll work with our Box Office, Security and other teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and adhere to policies and safety guidance at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable selling food, drink and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Scan tickets, usher to seats, and assist at the venue entrance.
• Sell food, beverages, snacks and merchandise where applicable.
• Share product knowledge and exceed sales targets where possible.
• Maintain stock safety and hygiene per procedures.
• Identify risks to health, safety, or security and act accordingly.
• Collaborate with Box Office, Security and other teams to help operations.
• Take initiative to complete tasks and support the team.
