Job summary

ATG Entertainment is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member on a fixed-term basis to welcome audiences, scan tickets, serve at bars and in merchandise areas, and guide guests to their seats. You will work closely with security and box office staff to deliver an outstanding venue experience, including delivered at seat options.

Evening and weekend availability is essential, and you may engage with children or vulnerable guests as part of front-of-house duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to upsell products and services.
• Awareness of cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage audience members, making them feel welcome.
• Answer audience queries with timely guidance.
• Stay informed about venue shows and products to upsell accordingly.
• Proactively suggest food, drinks, merchandise, and DAS packages to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while handling cash accurately.
• Identify risks to safety and follow policies.
