• Fluent English required for guest interactions.
• Experience in hospitality or food and beverage is preferred.
• Comfort with up-selling and delivering high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of products.
• Send orders to kitchen staff through the POS system.
• Deliver orders promptly to the kitchen production area and to guests.
• Check orders on collection and maintain food presentation and temperature.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy per procedures.
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
• Manage your designated section and station.
• Set up and collect room service trays and trolleys as required.
• Follow training standards and complete tasks within shifts.
• Suggest improvements to services or procedures.
• Attend training programmes and meetings to improve skills.
