ibis London Heathrow Airport is hiring for a front desk role. You will provide efficient guest registration, check-in and check-out, and maintain accurate guest accounts while offering helpful information.

Fluent English is required. The hotel with 356 rooms near Heathrow offers flexible hours, permanent contracts, meals on duty, uniforms and a range of staff benefits. You will also maximise guest satisfaction, handle calls professionally, and support Food & Beverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient guest registration, check-in, and check-out services.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and offer helpful information.
• Handle guest requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently throughout their stay.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensure smooth communication between guests and hotel departments.
• Handle incoming calls professionally, transferring them as needed.
• Follow strict security procedures to protect guest confidentiality and safety.
• Ensure secure handling of room keys, guest data, and credit card transactions.
• Manage reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maximize sales opportunities through effective guest interactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of guest messages and internal communications.
• Ensure guest and hotel accounts are correctly updated with all charges.
• Keep all equipment in good working condition and used appropriately.
• Assist the Food & Beverage department when needed.
• Follow fire and evacuation protocols.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Address guest concerns effectively and elevate issues to the Manager on Duty when necessary.
• Continuously strive for total customer satisfaction through proactive service.
