Job summary

ibis London Heathrow Airport is seeking a passionate Kitchen Team Member to support breakfast, lunch and dinner service, room service and buffet operations. You will assist with food preparation, mise en place, stock rotation and uphold excellent hygiene and food safety standards while working closely with the wider kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen/food prep is desirable.
• Passion for food and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, functions and buffet.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, mise en place, and daily kitchen operations.
• Support Kitchen Porter duties as required.
