Formación

• Prior experience in food and beverage service (a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Good mathematical skills and comfortable operating a POS system.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and organisation.
• Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent wait service: take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Make menu recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and serving areas.
• Handle transactions and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Follow safe food handling, storage and sanitation practices.
• Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests warmly.
