Andras Hotels in Northern Ireland is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member for The Marcus, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Portrush. You will welcome guests, recommend food and drink, and help keep service high and consistent, tailoring experiences to guest tastes.

Applicants must comply with local laws on serving alcohol and meet minimum age requirements. Roles involve various F&B duties, and training through the Andras Academy may be available.

Qualifications

• Compliant with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol.
• Above minimum age requirement.
• Experience in hospitality or F&B roles preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make meals visually appealing and memorable for guests.
• Manage workstation supplies and equipment, minimise waste.
• Report unsafe equipment or supply issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
• Assist guests with queries or advice to enhance their experience.
• Wear the uniform with pride.
• Take on ad-hoc duties as the team needs.
