Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment is seeking experienced Support Workers for the Adult Learning Disabilities Service in Guernsey. The role focuses on encouraging independence, delivering person-centred support, and helping service users live fulfilling lives in residential, day, and community settings.

Essential criteria include at least two years’ experience in learning disabilities or autism settings, NVQ Level 3 in Adult Health & Social Care, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Support Worker in a Learning Disabilities or Autism setting.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Adult Health & Social Care.
• Existing right to work in the UK/Guernsey – sponsorship cannot be provided.
• Full UK driving licence

Responsabilités

• Encourage independence, deliver person-centred support and help service users live fulfilling lives both at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living, promoting skills development, supporting activities, and working closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
• Opportunity to expand skills and experience in other areas of the service, depending on your skills and knowledge.
