Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Support Worker for the Community Living Adult LD team in Guernsey. The role focuses on encouraging independence, delivering person-centred support, and helping service users live fulfilling lives at home and in the community.

You will assist with daily living, promote skills development, support activities, and collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. Prior LD experience and a valid UK driving licence are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Support Worker in learning disabilities.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Adult Health & Social Care.
• Existing right to work in the UK/Guernsey– sponsorship cannot be provided.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades
