Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting a Support Worker for the Adult Learning Disabilities Service in Guernsey. The role focuses on delivering person-centered support within Supported Living and related community settings, promoting independence and daily living skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ LD experience, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Support Worker in a Learning disabilities setting.
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent) required.
• Existing right to work in the UK/Guernsey; sponsorship cannot be provided.

• Support workers deliver person-centred support and help service users live fulfilling lives both at home and in the community.
• Encourage independence, assist with daily living and promote skills development.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
