Computacenter in Hatfield is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a diverse team of Customer Executives and Sales Order Management professionals, ensuring outstanding service and smooth operations.

You will coach, develop talent, manage performance, and build strong stakeholder relationships across functions while driving continuous improvement and a high‑performance culture that delivers tangible customer outcomes.

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse team of Customer Executives and Sales Order Management professionals, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to our customers while driving engagement, performance and continuous improvement across your team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader who is passionate about developing talent, building strong stakeholder relationships and creating high-performing teams. Whilst experience within technology services is beneficial, it is not essential. We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate strong leadership capability
