Job summary

Notion is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to support our growth across GTM teams in EMEA, with emphasis on Sales. You’ll manage full-cycle hiring, shape recruiting strategy, and ensure a rigorous yet delightful interview process.

We operate from our offices on Anchor Days—Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays—collaborating in person to drive impact. You will partner with Leaders, Total Rewards, and People Partners to design talent strategies, attract diverse candidates, and scale hiring practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical GTM functions.
• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent across various levels.
• Experience coaching and advising hiring managers through the recruiting process.
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and guide hiring managers to inclusive teams.
• Outstanding communication and attention to detail in delivering high-quality recruiting experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to GTM leaders across EMEA, owning the full lifecycle from sourcing to close.
• Design creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent across EMEA markets.
• Implement scalable, structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners on holistic talent strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven market insights.
• Scale best practices while adapting to regional nuances.
