Job summary

Anthropic in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own delivery for the GTM systems portfolio, coordinating across sales, partners, and finance. You will drive roadmap execution, manage dependencies, and ensure successful releases through a shared platform.

You will partner with analysts and developers, build scalable operating models, and provide leadership with clarity on commitments, risks, and progress as the portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management or business systems delivery experience.
• Experience in Salesforce-centric GTM or RevOps environments.
• Ability to lead roadmap end-to-end and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Familiarity with release management, CI/CD for Salesforce orgs, and SOX ITGC/revenue controls.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for your program area’s roadmap, intake, prioritization, sequencing, status, and cadence.
• Manage dependencies on the shared GTM platform and coordinate with analysts and developers.
• Partner with Business Systems Analysts and developers on requirements, tradeoffs, and vendor selections.
• Help scale the team’s operating model including intake, planning, and sequencing practices.
• Provide leadership with clear commitments, risks, and progress for GTM Systems and Sales leadership.
