GTM Recruiter – Retained – High Comp

London | 1 day a week | 90% retained search

£45,000 - £55,000

I’m working with a seriously high-performing search firm focused on the US cyber and GTM market.

This is aimed at recruiters who are already good, already billing, but feel capped by the contingency model or limited by the platform around them.

A few numbers that stand out:

• 90% retained search
• Average billings around $650k
• Four $1m+ billers in a 16-person business
• Typical fees around $50k
• 25% flat commission, rising significantly over target
• Top performers having £50k commission months

They work with early-stage cyber, SaaS and software businesses, often through investor relationships, building GTM and leadership teams across sales, engineering and product.

You’ll be expected to operate properly at client level, meeting founders, investors and leadership teams, travelling to the US regularly, hosting events and building long-term accounts.
