Hypha Recruit in Crawley is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-growing Go-To-Market tech practice. The role is hybrid with 1 day per week WFH, and you will recruit for GTM positions across AI, SaaS, Cybersecurity and Enterprise Technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investor-backed tech startups and scaleups to build commercial teams.
• Recruit across GTM roles such as Account Executives, Sales Leaders, CS, Partnerships, Solutions Engineers, Pre-Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing and Commercial Leadership.
• Develop candidate and client relationships to recruit into high-growth technology businesses.
• Grow market knowledge and become increasingly commercial as you gain exposure.
