• Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to GTM leaders across the org, owning the full lifecycle.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent across EMEA.
• Ensure scalable and structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes.
• Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven insights.
• Champion and scale best practices while adapting for regional nuances.
