Job summary

Sierra is seeking a strategy and operations Partner for Agent Dev to act as the operations backbone and strategic advisor to leadership. You will establish cadence, provide clear visibility into pipeline and risks, and help scale the playbook for enterprise AI deployments across large clients.

You will translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations, collaborate with sales and product teams, and build AI-powered internal tooling to drive efficiency and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in strategy and operations at top-tier tech firms or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive executive-ready insights from data.
• Experience supporting sales/post-sales or commercial teams in a strategy role.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
• Commercial instinct with understanding of enterprise technology deployment and expansion.
• Excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders.
• Growth mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategy and operations partner to Agent Dev leadership.
• Provide visibility into business health: pipeline, progress, utilization, expansion and risks.
• Define and scale the playbook for enterprise AI agent deployments.
• Drive account expansion by identifying opportunities and repeatable post-sale motions.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations.
• Build internal tooling with AI to automate workflows and increase leverage.
