Job summary

Sierra is seeking a Strategy & Operations professional to join our Agent Development leadership and scale enterprise AI deployments in a fast-paced global environment.

You will stand up operating cadences, translate data into executive-ready insights, and drive account expansion to convert pipeline into durable revenue growth.

You’ll also build internal tooling with AI, leveraging Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to automate workflows and increase cross-team efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy roles in tech firms.
• Experience at top-tier technology companies in strategy and operations.
• Strong analytical rigor with ability to translate analysis into executive-ready insights and actions.
• Experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in strategy/operations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments; ability to structure complex problems.
• Commercial instinct and business judgment for enterprise technology deployments.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
• Growth mindset, coachability, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Agent Dev leadership to provide strategic and operational support.
• Set up operating cadences with visibility into pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, and growth opportunities.
• Define and scale playbooks for deploying AI agents at large enterprises.
• Identify whitespace and drive expansion opportunities with account teams.
• Turn insights from datasets into executive-ready recommendations.
• Build lightweight internal systems and tooling with AI to improve operational leverage across Agent Dev.
