Tribeca Recruitment is seeking a Client Partner in London to build and grow the delivery capability across key accounts in VC-backed start-ups. You will not originate clients but work with the lead on accounts and senior management to manage client relations.

You will execute projects, own the delivery phase of the search process, and lead a team of associates focused on hiring senior sales and commercial roles.

Qualificações

• You will be an experienced proactive recruitment professional with significant experience building Sales/GTM teams for VC backed start-ups.
• Open to candidates from Agency, In-house or Search backgrounds

Responsabilidades

• Building out capability of hiring in the GTM space
• Be highly credible and command respect and confidence of CRO's / Founders
• Account growth and development
• Design and execution of a search strategy
• Own outstanding delivery of projects
• managing a team of associates
