Tribeca Recruitment is seeking a Client Partner to build and grow a delivery capability across key accounts in the GTM space. Based in London, you will not originate clients but will work with senior management to manage client relationships and own the delivery phase of searches.

You will lead a team of associates delivering senior sales and commercial roles, partnering with CROs and founders to execute high-impact searches for VC-backed start-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience building Sales/GTM teams for VC-backed start-ups.
• Proven ability to manage delivery across key accounts.
