Higher Group in London is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join a high-growth GTM search practice, operating on a hybrid basis. The role centers on exclusive & retained GTM searches, with a culture that nurtures high performers and VC-connected clients.

You'll be embedded with a team that already develops top earners, with guidance from leaders who have 5+ years of VC experience. After five placements you can inherit relationships and be paid 100% on delivery.

Qualifications

• Background in Tech, GTM, Sales or Engineering recruitment.
• Driven, entrepreneurial consultants who want to become £1m+ billers.
• Strong delivery mindset – you know how to find, engage and close a candidate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment placements through exclusive & retained GTM searches.
• After 5 placements, inherit account relationships and manage them as your own.
