Job summary

Let's Fearlessly Grow is hiring a Head of GTM Engineering to own data and intent-signal strategy, elevating the GTM function from strategic direction to practical delivery. You will shape campaigns, signals, and tooling to drive more qualified pipeline and sharper targeting, while staying hands-on.

This role is remote-first with a London office cadence. Two days a week in our Chancery Lane space; London-based presence is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM, ideally in-house at an AI or tech company, or inside an outbound agency.
• Has actually run outbound campaigns before, not just built the backend infrastructure for someone else running them.
• Ahead of the market on Clay and GTM, likely has dedicated courses or training.
• Understands finding unique intent signals and bringing fresh ideas on top of existing signals.
• Comfortable building GTM processes, blocklists, suppression logic, QA, with guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Own data strategy end-to-end, decide what data is needed and how it's structured to drive results.
• Hands-on data scraping and list building, not just directing others.
• Enhance existing intent signal setup with new ideas worth adding.
• Strengthen GTM process and infrastructure; manage blocklists and suppression logic.
• Oversee campaign infrastructure and execution across Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Warmforge, Bitscale; ensure deliverability and sequencing.
• Drive automation and AI improvements across campaigns and the business.
• Explore new outbound channels beyond email/LinkedIn, e.g., WhatsApp for Business.
