Job summary

Civica, a GovTech leader, is seeking a highly analytical GTM Analyst to join our analytics team. You’ll partner with Sales and GTM leadership to turn data into commercial insights, influence planning, and support growth across public sector solutions.

You’ll own dashboards, perform ad-hoc analysis, model market data, and explain what drives performance to senior stakeholders. A commercially curious mindset and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Experience analysing sales performance, commissions or compensation plans.
• Strong Excel skills, including modelling and scenario analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards and turning complex data into insights for stakeholders.
• Commercially curious mindset; understand why numbers move.
• Attention to detail when handling targets and compensation data.
• Confident communicating findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Performance & trend analysis to identify opportunities within GTM data.
• Dashboarding and reporting to give leaders a clear view of performance.
• Explain what data means and what drives performance.
• Carry out ad-hoc analysis to answer commercial questions about sales performance and targets.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and GTM stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Ensure data quality and consistency for GTM reporting and compensation analysis.
