Job summary

Civica UK Ltd in London is seeking a highly analytical GTM Analyst to join our Analytics team. You will partner with Sales and GTM leadership, build dashboards, analyse performance, and provide insights to support planning and growth.

You will model market data, compare against targets, and deliver ad-hoc analysis. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with large datasets.
• Experience analysing sales performance, commissions or compensation plans.
• Strong Excel skills including modelling and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and opportunities in GTM data and translate into actionable commercial insights.
• Own and develop dashboards and reporting for Sales and GTM leaders to view performance.
• Explain what numbers mean, drivers of performance, and risks.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer commercial questions on sales, targets and compensation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and GTM stakeholders to meet data needs.
• Ensure GTM data underpinning reporting is accurate and reliable.
