Civica UK Ltd. is seeking a GTM Analyst to partner with Sales and GTM leadership, delivering data-led insights and dashboards that shape commercial decisions. You will analyse performance, trends and compensation data, supporting planning and growth across Civica’s government software solutions.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, own GTM reporting, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to answer critical commercial questions. The role is based in London with hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience analyzing sales performance, commission or compensation plans.
• Ability to create dashboards and translate data into insights.

• Performance & trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Own and develop key dashboards and reporting for GTM leadership.
• Provide commercial insights and explain drivers of performance.
