Job summary

ASL Technical is seeking an experienced Motorsport Technician to join their race car production team, building GT3/GT4 sub-assemblies in a fast-paced workshop.

You will interpret engineering drawings, maintain high build quality, and work with production and engineering to meet tight schedules. An immediate start and pension provisions are available in a modern, professional motorsport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in motorsport, high-performance automotive, or low-volume vehicle manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent mechanical assembly skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical sub-assemblies to exact specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and build documentation.
• Ensure all components are assembled to the highest quality standards.
• Carry out inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to meet build schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
