Job summary

Based in Holton Heath near Poole, TeamJobs is seeking 4 experienced GRP Laminators for a permanent role. You will handle GRP lamination, resin/vacuum infusion, prepare moulds, and ensure high-quality components to drawings and instructions.

40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-1pm with overtime available. Experience in GRP laminating and infusion, good practical manufacturing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team are required.

• Previous GRP laminating experience.
• Previous resin/vacuum infusion experience essential.
• Good practical and manufacturing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Confident working independently and in a team.

TeamJobs are recruiting 4 experienced GRP Laminators to join an established composites manufacturer based in Holton Heath.

We're looking for experienced Laminators who know their way around GRP and resin/vacuum infusion and can confidently work within a specialist composites manufacturing environment.

If you've worked within marine, automotive, aerospace, defence or another GRP/composites environment, this could be a great next move.
