Job summary

Based in Holton Heath near Poole, TeamJobs is seeking 4 experienced GRP Laminators for a permanent role. You will handle GRP lamination, resin/vacuum infusion, prepare moulds, and ensure high-quality components to drawings and instructions.

40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-1pm with overtime available. Experience in GRP laminating and infusion, good practical manufacturing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team are required.

Qualifications

• Previous GRP laminating experience.
• Previous resin/vacuum infusion experience essential.
• Good practical and manufacturing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Confident working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• GRP laminating and lay-up.
• Resin/vacuum infusion.
• Preparing moulds and materials.
• Working with glass fibre and composite materials.
• Following drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Producing components to a high-quality finish.
• Using hand and power tools as required.
