Job summary

TikTok is launching a Strategy & Operations EMEA-Graduate program in London for a 2027 start. You will help shape business plans by turning performance data into priorities and actions, and explore operational data to uncover growth opportunities and risks.

You will design smarter processes to scale across Europe, drive cross-functional projects with Category Management, Seller Operations, Marketing, Product, and Logistics, and present clear recommendations to leadership for potential

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, data analytics or related discipline.
Fluent English to communicate with stakeholders across teams and regions.
Strong analytical curiosity with a structured approach to open-ended problems.

Responsibilities
