Job summary

Wolt in London is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to drive topline growth and improve bottom-line performance across 30+ markets. You will partner with Head of Wolt Market/HOP and RGMs to shape strategic priorities, forecast performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

The role combines strategic thinking with rigorous execution, requiring strong analytics, financial planning, and collaboration with Marketing, Finance and Product to scale growth globally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Strategy & Operations or similar.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Experience with financial planning or growth strategy preferred.
• Strong Excel modelling and BI analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of topline and bottomline across markets.
• Align annual plans with Finance and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing to drive growth initiatives and measure impact.
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end and build scalable operating models.
• Develop data-driven insights and dashboards to inform leadership.
