Job summary

OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, in London, seeks a Regional Operations Director (EMEA) to translate the global operating model into market-ready execution. You'll lead an regional operations team, shape governance, and align regional capability with global strategy to enable scalable growth.

You'll drive client delivery, budgets, and performance across the EMEA region, partnering with Sales, Account, Finance and HR.

Qualifications

Senior operations leadership experience within advertising, consulting, or creative production.
Deep understanding of agency operating models and governance.
Proven track record leading regional or multi-market operations teams.
Strong commercial acumen with focus on margins and performance.
Experience applying AI/automation to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the regional operations function for the EMEA region with clear priorities and accountability.
Oversee client delivery operations, cadence, governance and escalation management.
Own regional governance rhythm and ensure alignment with global standards.
Manage demand, capacity, and resource mix across the region.
Enable business processes, onboarding, billing readiness and cross‑functional enablement.
Drive regional margin visibility and actions to protect profitability.
Use data to identify risks and opportunities, and lead remediation.
Collaborate across Sales, Account, Finance, HR, Technology and Delivery.
Lead, coach and develop the Regional Operations team.
