Job summary

Howden Group is offering a Growth Execution Summer Internship in London for 2027. You will join a dedicated team to turn growth plans into action, gaining exposure to market research, data analysis and project delivery.

Applicants should be penultimate-year students from any degree background, organized, and keen to learn. The program runs for 10 weeks starting June 2027 with a £32,500 pro-rata salary and a pathway to graduate opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Structured induction and placement in Growth Execution team.
• Support relationships across Howden and coordinate with teams.
• Execute day-to-day tasks to support growth delivery.
• Manage a dynamic list of priorities and communication.
• Assist with GlobalData coordination and data input.
• Maintain and report on new business data in the online platform.
• Attend meetings, take notes and help drive next steps.
• Create impactful presentations for senior meetings.
