Howden is offering a Business Development Internship for 2027 in London. You will join either Financial Institutions or Sport & Entertainment teams, work on live projects, and help identify opportunities with banks, asset managers and venues.

No prior insurance experience required and you will gain structured development with a direct pathway to Autumn 2028 graduate roles. The 10-week programme pays 32,500 GBP pro-rata, with travel costs covered for the assessment day and a buddy to support you

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients across sectors related to the team you join and learn about their business, priorities and needs.
• Assist in developing client materials and proposals for Howden.
• Support outreach to prospective clients via phone and email.
