Job summary

Howden seeks driven undergraduates for a Growth Execution Summer Internship in London. You will join a team delivering growth initiatives, working on live projects and data-driven tasks alongside senior leaders.

The programme offers exposure to market research, data analysis and presentation development, with a pathway to future graduate opportunities. It includes a dedicated buddy, paid 10-week duration and travel-cost coverage for assessment activities.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year of study from any degree background.
• Organised and able to manage projects and tasks effectively, delivering high-quality work to deadlines.
• Confident communicator with comfortable presentation to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop existing relationships across Howden, connecting stakeholders with the relevant teams to enable collaboration.
• Execute day-to-day tasks that support growth delivery.
• Own and manage a dynamic list of priorities, using sound judgement and clear communication to keep work on track.
• Support with the coordination of GlobalData, our new business online tool.
• General support and development of team new business data on our online platform, including data input, maintenance and regular reporting.
• Take part in key meetings, taking accurate notes and driving forward next steps.
• Support with building impactful presentations for senior stakeholder meetings.
