Job summary

EY is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver Clients & Industries strategy execution activities, enabling teams to focus on market win and exceptional client service. You will orchestrate strategy, collaborate across functions, and liaise with senior leaders to align priorities and growth plans.

Reporting to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence Leader, you will oversee program strategy, communications, and resource planning in coordination with Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.
• Ability to lead strategy execution across complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and deliver the function strategy alongside the function Leader and leadership network.
• Collaborate with function leadership to co-develop strategic plans and insights.
• Provide insight on management information and overall business performance analysis.
• Lead and activate the function leadership model to drive strategy and client conversations.
• Collaborate with regions to apply initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue.
• Develop campaigns and events to activate strategic priorities.
• Maintain relationships with regions supporting meeting agendas.
