Job summary

Sage is seeking a Program Director for the Specialty & Growth Portfolio to shape and accelerate growth. You will partner with the General Manager and senior leaders across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to translate bold ideas into concrete plans and measurable results.

You will drive large-scale programmes from planning through execution, establish governance, and turn data into actionable insights to inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes in a large organisation.
• Exceptional programme and project management expertise, including governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery oversight.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the General Manager to shape and deliver strategic priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programmes from planning through execution, ensuring clear accountability, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Connect teams across Commercial, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to drive alignment and remove barriers to success.
• Establish and drive operating rhythms, leadership reviews, planning cycles, and business performance discussions.
• Provide visibility across critical initiatives, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
