Job summary

Sage is seeking a Transformation PMO Analyst to support the delivery of Company OKR 5: Transforming our internal Sage operating system by reimagining skills, processes and technology. The role reports to the VP Growth Transformation, maintaining plans, tracking milestones, risks and actions, and coordinating governance across multiple workstreams.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. You will ensure the single source of truth is accurate and provide clear, executive-ready reporting

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a PMO, programme or project coordination, or business analyst role within transformation or delivery.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with a track record of maintaining plans, RAID logs, trackers and status reporting.
• Proficient with PMO tooling Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and project/planning tools; familiarity with reporting and dashboards (Power BI a plus).
• Comfortable using AI to draft reporting, status updates and minutes, and to speed up routine coordination while ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated programme plan with milestones, dependencies, RACI and key dates across all programmes.
• Track progress against milestones and flag slippage or risks to the Director.
• Own and maintain the RAID log as the single source of truth.
• Keep dashboards, trackers and status data up to date and reconciled across workstreams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packs and executive dashboards.
