Qualifikationen
- Significant experience in commercial management or senior operations roles within an operationally focused business.
- Track record of improving profitability and commercial performance.
- Strong financial, analytical and business planning skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing change.
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement commercial and operational plans to support revenue growth.
- Strengthen pricing, margin control, governance and cost recovery.
- Align sales pipeline, customer demand, fleet capacity and workforce requirements.
- Build business cases for investments across assets, systems and people.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Provide commercial analysis and recommendations to senior leaders.
