Waste King in Cheddington, Hertfordshire, is seeking a commercially astute Commercial Operations Manager to translate growth objectives into practical commercial and operational development plans, aligning sales demand with fleet, people, supplier capacity and financial performance.
Joining the Senior Management Team, you will shape the company’s commercial strategy, strengthen operational capability and drive sustainable profitability.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in commercial management or a senior operational role.
- Proven track record of improving profitability and commercial performance.
- Strong financial, analytical and business planning skills.
Responsabilités
- Drive growth: Develop and implement commercial plans to support the £20m revenue objective.
- Improve profitability: Strengthen pricing, margin control, governance and cost recovery.
- Plan for growth: Align sales pipeline with fleet and supplier capacity.
- Build business cases: Assess investments across vehicles, systems, people, premises and new services.
- Lead improvement: Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Influence strategy: Provide commercial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
