Gigaclear, a UK rural fibre broadband provider, seeks a commercially minded advisor to join its Growth POD. You will convert inbound sales enquiries into clean orders, work web leads and partner referrals, and apply clear questioning to match the right package at the right price.

This office-based role offers a £26,000 base with a realistic uncapped OTE of £40,000 and a structured sales apprenticeship path for career development.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded with experience in Inside Sales, Telesales or Customer Conversion / Acquisition.
• Graduate or experienced Customer Advisor actively looking to pursue a career in sales.
• Confident handling inbound and outbound activity with pace, resilience, and strong call control.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound sales enquiries into clean, high-quality customer orders.
• Work web leads, abandoned baskets, field-generated leads, and partner referrals to agreed contact standards.
• Use clear questioning to understand customer needs and recommend the right package, at the right price, in the right way.
• Balance sales volume with ARPU, TCV, product mix, and long-term customer value.
