Job summary

Interactive Investor Plc is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive customer acquisition and commercial growth through strategic alliances. This externally facing role requires relationship-building, opportunity spotting and representing the business at events.

You will work with the Growth Team and across Marketing, Product, Operations and Compliance to develop joint plans, manage pipelines and monitor performance, with a hybrid working pattern in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, account management or relationship management.
• Strong network-building and ability to secure strategic partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the partnerships strategy to drive acquisition and growth across existing and new partnerships.
• Identify, secure and nurture strategic partnerships across key sectors, building a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Compliance to deliver campaigns, governance and performance improvements.
