You will build a robust income pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, and work with colleagues across the charity to meet ambitious income targets. The role requires strategic thinking, resilience, and a collaborative, proactive approach to meeting demanding deadlines. Experience in prospect research, negotiation, and CRM is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in securing long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
• Experience managing income pipelines, targets and forecasts.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and build stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with prospect research, networking and CRM systems.
