Responsibilities

• Ensure a sustainable, secure and growing business with maximised profits.
• Ensure the business constantly acquires new customers across all sectors.
• Ensure the business achieves or exceeds forecast turnover and profit.
• Ensure all sales enquiries are followed up promptly and followed through to conclusion.
• Be commercially aware of customer and competitor activity.
• Ensure pricing and quotations are accurate, well presented, submitted on time and include pricing criteria and T&Cs.
• Responding to and following up all sales enquiries.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
