Corsearch is seeking a Growth Operations Manager to drive pipeline across Marketing, SDR, and AE. Location is UK or Netherlands with remote work.

You will own the marketing ops tooling stack, analyze funnel data, and align stakeholders to scale new growth motions. You’ll manage attribution in Salesforce, support Pardot integrations, and implement data-driven improvements across regions while balancing global consistency with local agility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations (global/multi-region preferred).
• Hands-on CRM expert (Salesforce preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Pardot or a similar marketing automation platform.

Responsabilités

• Own attribution in Salesforce and build models for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline.
• Support Pardot setup and Salesforce integration, including sync and data flow.
• Implement and scale prospecting data and automation (Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for enrichment and outbound.
• Define global lifecycle models (Lead/Account) and align regional variations.
