Bright Selection Ltd in Rochdale is seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead a growing branch delivering high-quality home care. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop the team, ensure CQC compliance, manage client care packages and drive sustainable branch growth within the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager, Branch Manager or Care Manager in domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness to support branch growth.
• Willingness to work towards Level 5 qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Leading and developing office and care teams.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and delivering high-quality care.
• Growing care hours in a sustainable and ethical manner.
• Managing client relationships and care packages.
• Monitoring branch performance and profitability.
• Participating in the on-call rota.
