You will oversee safe home care, respite and live-in services, maintain regulatory compliance and drive improvements across quality and performance, while developing and sustaining community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading domiciliary care teams and driving service growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and partners.
• Commercial awareness including budget management and KPI oversight.
• Understanding of quality assurance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Proactive, adaptable leader focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team to create a high-performing culture.
• Oversee delivery of safe, consistent, person-centred care including home care, respite and live-in services.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across quality, safety and service delivery.
• Build relationships with customers, families, healthcare professionals and local authorities.
• Identify opportunities to grow the service and strengthen local partnerships.
• Monitor branch performance, manage budgets and KPIs, and seek efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with central teams across operations, HR, quality, finance and marketing.
• Share best practice with senior colleagues to maintain high standards.
