Job summary

Bike Club Limited is a fast-growing, purpose-led business transforming how families access children’s bikes through a subscription model. We’re seeking a commercially driven Performance Marketing Manager to grow customer acquisition in the UK and Germany, reporting to the Marketing Director and coordinating with agency partners.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on analysis, managing paid channels, testing budgets, and translating data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in performance marketing, customer acquisition or growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels and customer journeys.
• Experience managing performance marketing agencies or external partners.
• Proven ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Experience managing multi-market budgets of £1m+.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver UK and Germany acquisition plans.
• Oversee day-to-day paid acquisition activity across channels.
• Lead the restructure of paid search around parent needs.
• Track CAC, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Content, Data, Product, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve landing pages and user journeys.
